·         If the product that was shipped is defective, you must contact us within 4 days of receipt. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, contact us within 10 days of purchase.

·         All returned items must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Any products sent to us without an RMA number will be refused.

·         All returns/exchanges must be in original packing and unused.
Do not make any marks on products or product packaging. Credit will be issued only after inspection.

• cables
• labels, ribbons, printheads, and all other consumables
• TEC products

Restock Fees

• No restock fee on DOA (dead on arrival) products.
• $35/item fee for exchanges
• 15-25% fee on all returned products. (varies according to manufacturer - please inquire)
