On-site printer repairs are available throughout the United States, Canada and parts of Mexico. On-site repairs are performed at the printer location by factory-trained technicians, who arrive weekdays within a normal 24-hour response time from the initial service call. Available for most printer models on a contract or non-contract (time and material) basis.
