What are "Depot" repairs? When you choose Depot service, you send your equipment to a conveniently
located repair centers. Centers are located on either coast of the USA, in Canada and in Mexico Depot repairs are performed by factory-trained technicians, who repair your reported problem and return your equipment to factory standards quickly and economically. If your equipment is not covered under a maintenance contract, you must request an RMA (repair merchandise authorization) number before sending in your equipment.
